How can I place an order?
To place an order, please follow these steps:
  • Add products to your cart
  • Choose or 'Add delivery address'. Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order
I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.

You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

Will the delivery be tried again if I'm not able to collect my order the first time?

Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you.

What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?

We usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).

How quickly can I get my order delivered?

You will receive a notification about the delivery date from KannsSky. Our Team will also update in case of any change in delivery date.

Why can't I track my order even though it has been shipped?

Courier services usually take upto 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it's shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time frame.

What should I do if I don't get the invoice for my order?

Our Team send a hard copy of the invoice in the shipments. A soft copy is also emailed to you within 24 hours of delivery in the delivery confirmation email sent to your registered email ID.

You can also visit My Account › My Orders page to get invoices for your orders.

How do I get invoices for my previous orders without having to check my e-mails?

You can easily send invoices to your email ID from your KannsSky account. To do so, visit My Account › Orders, choose the order for which you'd like the invoice for and click on the 'E-mail Invoice' option.

Why is the 'Cash on Delivery' payment mode not available at my location?

Availability of the 'Cash on Delivery' payment mode depends on the courier services delivering to your location.Courier service providers also have limits on the amount you can pay through cash on delivery based on the destination and your order could have exceeded this limit.

Where can I find the seller's returns policy?

You can see the respective seller's Returns policy on the product page.

I have a complaint about the courier executive who came to deliver my order.

You can contact our Customer Support team with the details and we will get in touch with the courier service provider to resolve your complaint.

Can I get my order delivered faster?

Your order will get delivered on or before the delivery date promised at the time of placing the order. You can select NEXT DAY DELIVEY and EXPRESS as per your need.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We will take 4-7 business days to deliver the order to you after dispatch.

My package shows as delivered but I can't find it, what should I do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it.

  • Check your phone for any notification about attempted delivery.
  • See if any of your neighbours/friends/relatives/house owner/security guard has collected your product on your behalf.
  • Wait until the end of the day— sometimes packages can show as delivered while still in transit.

How do I sign up for a KannsSky account?

All you need to do is provide us with your name, email address and a password of your choice. It’s that simple!

  • Receive notifications as soon as your favourite products are back in stock!
  • Rate and review products and earn reward points!
  • Never fill in your address and payment details more than once!

Do I have to have an account to place an order at KannsSky?
  • No, you do not as you can place an order as a guest, by just providing your email address for correspondence.
  • However, we highly recommend that you do create a KannsSky account. Not only will you be able to rate and review products, but also you can accumulate Reward Points and obtain discounts on future purchases. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!
How do I place a KannsSky order?

You can place your order in a few simple steps –

  • Step 1:Click the 'Add to Cart' button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping Cart
  • Step 2:Register with KannsSky by clicking on the “Log In” button on the top right-hand corner of the page and clicking on “Register” button on the right of pop up window
    • When you sign up for your KannsSky account, you can enter all your details including your First Name, Last Name, E-mail and Password and You can login your KannsSky account by using your E-mail and Password.
  • Step 3:You need to add your address for the order delivery under Address Book. You can save multiple address in your KannsSky Account
  • Step 4 :Click on Cart Button on top right of page and either you can “view cart” or click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the next steps
  • Step 5:Provide us with your email address, shipping address and payment details. Finally, click on “Place Order Now” to go ahead.
  • Step 6:Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. Also, we will send you an email confirming your order.
  • Step 7:Enjoy your KannsSky order!

Can I edit my order after confirmation?

Unfortunately, we cannot add any product to the order.

However, you can remove the product before the order has been packed & shipped. Go to 'My Orders' and go will see option to cancel an item

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Sure you can! Just add all the products you wish to buy on to your shopping bag and then click on the “checkout” button. This way you can save on any additional shipping and COD charges!

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the shipping address.

In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.

Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, Definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’

Can I leave items in my shopping bag for future purchase?

Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag, however the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may get sold out or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.

Can I order a product that is “Out of Stock”?

Unfortunately, products listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in stock.

  • Simply click on the product.
  • Once you are on the product page, you will immediately see an option to notify you when the product is back in stock. All you have to do is provide your registered email address.
  • Remember, this can only be done if you have a KannsSky account and are signed in at the time.

How can I make a KannsSky account?

Just click on the “Log In” button on the top right hand corner of the page and click on “Register”. Fill in your name, email address and password.

How can I save my address on KannsSky?

When you Register for your KannsSky account, you can enter all your details including your First Name,Last Name,E-mail and Password onto your account page and it will be recorded for future purposes! This way you do not have to keep filling in your details for every new order.

To manage your address(es), visit the “Address Book”tab.

What if I have forgotten my account password?

Step 1:When signing in you can click on the forgotten password link below the sign up area.

Step 2:You will be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your registered email address.

Step 3:You will receive an email with a link to reset password.

How do I pay for a KannsSky purchase?

KannsSky offers you multiple ways to pay securely. These include:

  • Debit and Credit Cards
  • Net banking
  • Cash on Delivery
  • Wallets

How safe is it to use your debit/credit card or make an online payment on KannsSky?

We use the 3D Secure payment gateway for card payments and the CC Avenue payment gateway for netbanking. These are industry-standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions at KannsSky are processed in an extremely secure environment.

What steps does KannsSky take to prevent card fraud?

Our trusted online payment partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team:

  • When our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents.
  • The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder.

What is the 3D Secure Password?

The 3D Secure password is an additional password that you’ll be asked to enter after entering your card details on the payment page. You’ll be redirected to your individual bank’s page where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or SecureCode password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on KannsSky.

Note: 3-D secure password has been made mandatory by the Reserve Bank of India to ensure safer online shopping. This will add an additional layer of security and thus, prevent misuse of a lost or stolen card, as the user will be unable to proceed unless they enter the password associated with your card, created by yourself and known only to you.

What is Cash on Delivery (CoD)?

If you are still uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery to your doorstep. All you have to do is, select Cash on Delivery as your payment option during checkout.

Kindly note:

  • You can only make CoD payments in Indian Rupees.
  • For any COD orders below Rs.1000, there is a flat Rs.50 CoD fee.
